Business Development Manager (Oil and Gas)

Requirements:

  • Experience in active sales of logistics services (in oil and gas industry as a significant advantage) from 2 years
  • Confirmed results of operations and recommendations from business partners
  • Excellent knowledge of at least 2 types of logistics services (road transport, oversized transport, customs clearance, multimodal transport)
  • Higher education, training on sales and leadership are welcomed
  • Knowledge of logistics processes, foreign-economic activity, customs procedures are necessary
  • Excellent presentational skills, skills in negotiations, stress-resistance, proactivity, teamwork skills, initiative
  • Negotiation English speaking level needed

Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of sales plan according to clients and contacts received from the marketing manager
  • Sales to new clients (the client can be new for 6 months, from the date of first sale)
  • Including preparation of tender proposals for new customers
  • Meetings with clients and presentations (at least 5 meetings a week)
  • Signing and support of contracts with customers
  • Reporting of meetings
  • Preparation of technical solutions and commercial offers
  • Transferring the customers in the department of Customer Service of regular business

Customer Service Manager / Key account manager

Responsibilities:

  • Management of key customers (Industrial Sector)
  • Work with existing and potential customers
  • Participation in tenders, preparation of tender documentation
  • Work with the shipping documentation
  • Organization and control of intermodal and multimodal transport of goods

Requirements:

  • Work experience from 3 years in the freight forwarding company
  • Experience in the organization of multimodal transports (equipment)
  • Experience of successful sales
  • Excellent knowledge of foreign-economic activity, customs
  • It is desirable to have experience in a large project
  • Fluent English

Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Full search and sales of logistics services ("cold" calls, meetings with clients, leading the clients)
  • Preparation of commercial proposals, presentations for clients
  • Negotiating with clients, active promotion of the company's services, business development (regular cargo transport and customs clearance)
  • Tenders participation, signing the contracts
  • Customer Relationship Management, making the project and coordination of cross-functional interactions of executing participants of projects

Requirements:

  • A similar experience from 1 year
  • Knowledge of international transport of goods
  • English (fluent) is desirable
  • Excellent presentational skills
  • Focus on result, mobility, communication
